If you’re from the US this is not like any Hyatt hotel. This is a bad best western/ motel6 budget hotel. The lobby stank like musty socks. The bathroom is in the middle of the room and there is no privacy. When you step out of the shower you are in-front of a bed. The hotel is dated, furniture is warm, carpet is dirty. It’s disgusting. Go stay at the new Marriott property (Imperial Riding Club) a 5 min walk away.

Location is good and staff was nice, but shocked that it was 26C / 78F in the room and there was no way to cool it down. We were informed the hotel hadn't switched to cooling and the switch was in Germany (?) so they could offer us a fan but it was still stifling in the room to sleep, even with the windows open which didn't feel very safe with no screens.

good hotel with delicious breakfast and freshly squeezed juice. I would highly recommend. right next to the Belvedere Palace and quite close to the city center. From the airport, you can easily get there with the QBB (S7/REX7), almost all the way to the hotel.

Our reservation was secured for three persons (2 adults and a child) and with a demand for a quiet room. Upon arrival, we were given the key to room 227, where we found only two beds, and which was surely too small to accommodate a rollaway. We went down to the reception desk, and after some discussions, were reoriented to room 701, where we found a rollaway already in place. Unfortunately 701 is on the last floor and adjacent to the elevators' shaft. Hence, we almost could not sleep all night because of the noise of the elevators' brakes, a very loud and disturbing sound. This room should not be rented ! After this awful first night, I complained, and without a word of apologies, we were finally given room 607, where we moved for the two remaining nights. Room 607 is much larger, away from the elevators' shaft (opposite the corridor), and has a real third bed ( a good sofa bed). What we did not like about the rooms : the open bathroom (no door between the bathroom and the room), very poor housekeeping service with a lot of missing items in the first room (no sleepers, no bathrobes, no welcome water bottles, no laundry bag...), a general state of the rooms which is not at the level of this hotel standard (hole in curtains, parquet floor heavily damaged, bath tub drainer not closing...). What we liked : the location close to the center and just of Tram route 71 stop, the quality of the beds, the acoustic from the street (good windows insulation). Globally, a rather poor value for money, and a property that really looks on the decline.

Great Location, nice rooms and great breakfast. This was already my 5 stay at this hotel and it is always a great experience. The location is great if you come with a car with a garage and the public transport near.
